Director – Customer Service and Quality, Groupe Renault
Mr. Mark Carson is Director of Customer Service and Quality for Renault Middle East covering 14 countries throughout the MENA and Levant region and has been based in the Dubai Office for the past 6 years.
Mr. Carson originally joined Renault Middle East as General Manager Field Quality and Support in 2011 from Renault UK where he was Head of Network Field Quality and Government Liaison. He was actively involved in the introduction of Renault’s Electric Vehicle program into the UK market.
As Quality Director, Mr. Carson is responsible for the testing of all new products under local conditions to ensure the products meet regional requirements and has during the past four years overseen the rigorous testing of Renault’s Electric Vehicle Range carried out in the UAE, with a focus on the extreme heat and humidity conditions during the summer months.
In addition to this he has developed and implemented the dealership standards at all levels to ensure electric vehicles are managed and maintained correctly with a true focus of safety and customer education.
Mr. Carson is a fully qualified Engineer and has worked for Renault in numerous roles within the business for over 30 years.
